Pet Policy:

• Only dogs are allowed.
• Pet fee: $30 per pet, per night.
• Up to 3 dogs under 15 lbs are allowed; if over 15 lbs, only 2 dogs are allowed.
• Dogs are allowed based on room types.
• A penalty of $60 per dog, per night, will be charged if dogs are hidden and brought inside the property.
• A penalty of $150 will be collected if the dog pees or poops inside the room.

Deposit policy:

• A Damage fee of USD 150 will be charged if there is any damage to the property.

Property Payments Types:

• This Hotel accepts Visa, Master card, Discover,American Express, Dinners Club International, JCB, and Cash. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Policy for Cash Payments and Security Deposits:

1. Cash Payment with Credit Card Information:

• If a guest chooses to pay in cash and provides valid credit card information, no security deposit will be required.
• The credit card information will be securely stored and used as a backup in case of any incidental charges or damages.

2. Cash Payment without Credit Card Information:

• If a guest opts to pay in cash and does not provide valid credit card information, a security deposit of $100 will be required.
• The $100 security deposit will be held until the guest checks out and the room is inspected.
• The security deposit will be fully refunded if the room is found to be in good condition, with no damages or excessive cleaning required.

3. Inspection and Refund Process:

• Upon checkout, the room will be inspected by hotel staff.
• If the room passes inspection, the $100 deposit will be refunded to the guest in the same manner it was provided (cash or other agreed-upon method).
• If damages or issues are found, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

4. Guest Acknowledgment:

• Guests opting for the security deposit must acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy at check-in.

This policy ensures that the hotel is protected against potential damages while providing flexibility to guests who prefer to pay in cash.

No show Policy:

• 100% of first night will be charged in case of a No-show

Cancellation Policy:

• Guest can cancel reservation for free with more than 24 hours prior notice. If guest cancel within 24 hours of their check-in day, they will be charged for one night stay no matter the number of stay days.
